Source of wealth (SOW) verification confirms where a customer’s funds come from. It is required to raise a customer to Tier 2 (unlimited limits) and for Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD). Every document must show the customer’s name, issue date, and financial value (the income, balance, or transaction showing where the funds came from).

  • Screenshots without the customer’s name or the issuing institution
  • Documents that do not clearly show where the funds came from
